With over 20 teenage deaths so far this year, and most being males, it is essential during these times to have an initiative that is specific towards the young men in our community. For this reason, in April 2007 the G.O.L.F club project was set-up as a support network group and has been since an ongoing, successful programme.

Since the start of the program, participants have been involved in various training, business enterprise, health and sports activities, careers and personal development, focus group work on topics such as poverty, crime and all the challenges faced by young people today; our young men have also been given a safe environment for work and a platform to share thoughts, views and experiences that they can learn from.
