Since inception, JUMP has grown rapidly, establishing their profile and services within the local community. Along with offering training and learning opportunities, JUMP is committed to the personal development of all it serves in the community, staff and volunteers. Mentoring is an embedded practice within JUMP either through peers or service professionals.
