Corporate Programmes

Our Unique Response

Since its inception, JUMP focused addressing the social needs of those young people on the margins of society and to deliver effective youth work which harnesses the unlimited resources of those young people.

With this clear vision in mind JUMP now facilitates a range of projects and programmes that provide skills training for disadvantaged young people, particularly in the areas of leadership, personal development, social education, business and the arts. Over the past 7 years the organisation has been at the heart of some important work in the borough, for example hosting a conference in conjunction with the London Borough of Lewisham which addressed the needs of youths, which was almost entirely facilitated by the young people themselves. Also our weekly schools work where we are constantly able to tackle the root causes of young people’s underachievement and disengagement.

Young people participating in JUMP’s programmes are equipped to overcome life’s challenges by systematically amending and eradicating a ‘life logic’ that promotes failure and eventually leads to lack of achievement, low self esteem and poor mental health. This is because our projects, programmes and services focus on providing young people with the necessary skills and attributes they need to become positive contributors to their local, national and international communities.
